Key ingredients in TIGER BALM are:
Arnica – Anti-inflammatory helps with sore muscles and bruises.
Camphor – Helps with inflammation, muscular aches and pains, sprains, coughs, colds and helps boost circulation.
Mint – Helps relieve muscular aches and pains, coughing, congestion and respiratory problems.
Wintergreen – Benefit joint, muscle pain and neck pain.
Aloe Vera – Valuable moisturizing, healing and soothing effect.
Vitamin E – A natural skin-conditioning agent and antioxidant.

PharmaSpa crystals will not damage the filters, jets or pipes of your hot tub or whirlpool bath.

Spas / Hot Tub – add 1 to 2 capfuls for approximately every 500 gallons of water
Bath / Whirlpool Bath – add 1/2 to 1 full capful
Foot Bath – add 1/2 to 1 full tablespoon
